2 colors of cotton yarn, I used White
& muted Green, #6 US Knitting Needles.
Notes: Sl = slip stitch; PW=Purl Wise;
WYIB=With yarn in back; WYIF=with yarn in front. This is worked with 2 colors,
with one color running along side the work. No need to cut yarn and add back.
When changing to new color, bring that color in front of the other.
Color A: White; Color B: Muted Green

Rows 1-2: With
color A: Knit across.
Pattern:
Row 1: With color A: K5, *Sl 1 (PW)
WYIB, K3; repeat from *, end K2.
Row 2: With color A: K5, *Sl 1 (PW)
WYIB, K3; repeat from *, end K2.
Row 3: With color B: K3, *Sl 1 (PW) WYIB, K3; repeat from * to end.
Row 4: With color B: K3, *Sl 1, (PW)
WYIF, K3; repeat from * to end.
Repeat the above 4 rows for pattern. I repeat the 4 rows 15 more times.
Border:
Rows 1-2: With color A: Knit
across.
Bind off, weave in ends.
