Materials:

1 skein cotton yarn, #6 US Knitting Needles.

Notes: SKP= Slip 1, knit 1, pass slip stitch over; YO= Yarn Over; K2Tog= Knit 2 stitches together; SK2P=Slip 1, Knit 2 together, pass slip stitch over.

Cast on:   Multiple of 6 +3 (30 +3+4 border=37)

Border:

Row 1-4:     Knit across

Pattern:

Row 1:        K2, *K4, YO, SKP; repeat from * to last 5: K5.

Row 2:        K2, P33, K2.

Row 3:        K4, *K2Tog, YO, K1, YO, SKP, K1; repeat from * to last 3: K3.

Row 4:        K2, P33, K2.

Row 5:        K3, K2Tog, YO, *K3, YO, SK2P, YO; repeat from * to last 8: K3, YO, SKP, K3.

Row 6:        K2, P33, K2.

Row 7:        K5, *YO, SK2P, YO, K3; repeat from *, end K2.

Row 8:        K2, P33, K2.

Row 9:        K2, *K4, YO, SKP; repeat from * to last 5: K5.

Row 10:      K2, P33, K2.

Row 11:      K3, *YO, SKP, K4; repeat from * to last 4: YO, SKP, K2.         

Row 12:      K2, P33, K2.

Row 13:      K4, *YO, SKP, K1, K2Tog, YO, K1; repeat from * to last 3: K3.

Row 14:      K2, P33, K2.

Row 15:      K5, *YO, SK2P, YO, K3; repeat from *, end K2.

Row 16:      K2, P33, K2.

Row 17:      K3, K2Tog, YO, *K3, YO, SK2P, YO; repeat from * to last 8: K3, YO, SKP, K3.

Row 18:      K2, P33, K2.

Row 19:      K3, *YO, SKP, K4; repeat from * to last 4: YO, SKP, K2.

Row 20:      K2, P33, K2.

Repeat rows 1-20, one more time.
