Size 7 (US) = 4.5 mm needles

 Cast on 37 stitches

Row 3:  knit across
Row 4:  knit across
Row 5:  k3, p31, k3
Row 6:  and all remaining even numbered rows; knit across
Row 7:  k3, p12, k3, p1, k3, p12, k3
Row 8:  knit across
Row 9:  k3, p10, k11, p10, k3
Row 10:  knit across
