Materials:  1 Skein cotton yarn
#7 US  Needle

 
Cast On:  37 Stitches
Notes:  PSSO = Slip 1 st, Knit 1 st, Pass slip stitch over knit stitch
Sl = Slip Stitch Knitwise
YO = Yarn Over

Rows 1-4 Knit Across

Pattern:
Row 1:  K6,  *YO K2, Sl 1, K1, Pass slip stitch over knit st and drop it (PSSO), K2Tog, K2, YO K1* Repeat between *’s end with K4.
Row 2:  K4, P29, K4
Row 3:  K5, *YO K2, Sl 1, K1, PSSO, K2Tog, K2, YO K1*; Repeat between * ending K5
Row 4:  K4, P29, K4
Row 5:  Knit Across

  1. Just checking - Row 27 breaks the pattern we've been following beginning with K6 like the last pattern row, rather than the K5 I would expect. Is this correct?
